Since she first began her career at the age of 22 with PwC, and spent close to 14 years working with federal employers, including Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation and the Royal Canadian Mint. She has been passionate about helping people at work from day one. She has coached and facilitated workshops for thousands of people during her career. She started her journey as an entrepreneur when she Cattelan Palmer Consulting in 2011.

Lisa is passionate about people having positive and healthy, fun, purpose-driven and productive work experiences so that they can have better lives overall. She has devoted her life and career to advancing compassionate, courageous, and competent leadership within organizations, our communities, and around the world.
